Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) in Visalia, CA is seeking Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA programs under clinical supervision. Treatments may occur at CARD centers, in patients' homes, schools, or via telehealth, in 1:1 or small group settings across multiple environments.

Qualified applicants will have a High School Diploma or equivalent and must complete CARD training; ASD experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Training program with exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients under supervision (1:1 or group).
• Record data and monitor progress with accuracy.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
