Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) seeks motivated Behavior Technicians to join a founder-owned, mission-driven team delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) across home, school, clinic, and telehealth in Prairieville, LA. You will implement treatment plans under a Clinical Supervisor and help patients acquire new skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program, including a comprehensive written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.]
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: empathy, confidentiality, collaboration, communication, time management, adaptability, and willingness to work in multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients 1:1 or in groups under the Clinical Supervisor.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Implement Clinical Supervisor feedback during each treatment session.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
• Represent CARD professionally to stakeholders and adhere to policies.
