Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC in California is seeking Behavior Technicians to implement ABA treatment under supervision across CARD centers, patients' homes, schools, communities, or via telehealth.

You will collect data, monitor progress, and ensure high standards of care while adhering to HIPAA and supporting families and patients. Opportunities for growth through BT levels and dedicated training are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD training program with written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients under supervision in 1:1 or group settings.
• Record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Implement supervisor feedback during sessions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
