Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to implement ABA treatment plans under the direction of a Clinical Supervisor. Roles may occur in CARD centers, patients' homes, schools, or via telehealth to address skill acquisition and behavior reduction.

You’ll provide direct treatment in 1:1 or small-group settings, collect and record data with accuracy, maintain HIPAA compliance, and participate in ongoing training to advance through BT levels toward

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required for the role.
• Must pass CARD BT training, including written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience with individuals with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients under supervision in 1:1 or small group settings.
• Deliver services that meet CARD clinical quality standards.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with accuracy.
• Incorporate supervisor feedback during sessions to improve outcomes.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional communication with families.
