Alora Behavioral Health is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients, helping them reach developmental milestones and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Preferred college coursework.
• Experience: 6 months working with individuals with disabilities or related exposure.
• Availability: 15+ hours in afternoons/evenings; sessions 3:00 pm–8:00 pm.
• Age: 18+ years old.
• Transportation: valid driver’s license and auto insurance; travel compensated.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA services under supervision.
• Collect data on goals during sessions.
• Work in home, community, school, clinic or other settings with clients.
• Address challenging behaviors using positive behavior supports.
• Assist with caregiver support and training.
• Attend scheduled sessions punctually and submit notes on time.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBA.
