Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients to support developmental milestones and improve quality of life.

You will deliver ABA services under a BCBA supervisor, collect progress data, and collaborate with the team in various settings. The role offers paid training, supportive supervision, and opportunities for BCBA supervision hours for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: currently enrolled in college or completed some college coursework.
• Experience: at least 6 months working with individuals with disabilities or related exposure.
• Availability: at least 15 hours in afternoons/evenings; typical 3:00 pm–8:00 pm.
• Age: must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct implementation of ABA services under supervision.
• Collect data on goals during sessions as per treatment plan.
• Work in settings including home, community, school, clinic with individuals with autism.
• Address problem behaviors using positive behavior strategies.
• Assist with caregiver support and training as needed.
• Attend to timecards and complete clinical notes per policy.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBA.
