Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health seeks an ABA Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients, delivering services under supervision and collecting data to support developmental goals. You will join a compassionate team dedicated to helping individuals with autism improve their quality of life in diverse settings.

We offer paid training, flexible part-time and full-time options, and opportunities for BCBA supervision hours for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Some college coursework completed or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services under supervision.
• Collect data on goals during sessions as per treatment plan.
• Work in homes, communities, schools, clinics with individuals with autism or related disabilities.
• Address problem behaviors using approved techniques.
• Assist with caregiver training as needed.
• Be punctual for sessions and complete timecards and notes on time.
