Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients, helping them reach developmental milestones and improve quality of life. You will deliver direct ABA services under supervision, collect data, and collaborate with BCBAs while supporting caregiver training.

Flexible part-time and full-time options are available, with paid training and a supportive team environment to promote growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to work 15+ hours in afternoons/evenings (3:00 PM–8:00 PM).
• Must pass background check, TB tests, pre-employment Fit-for-Duty exam, and provide immunity proof (MMR and Varicella).

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct implementation of ABA services under supervision.
• Collect data on goals during sessions as per treatment plan.
• Work with individuals with autism or related disabilities in home, community, school, clinic, or other sites.
• Assist caregivers with training and support as needed.
• Submit timecards and complete clinical notes on time.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs.
• Follow ethical standards and company policies.
