Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC in Georgetown, TX seeks motivated Behavior Technicians to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans under a Clinical Supervisor. You'll work in 1:1 or group settings across CARD centers, homes, schools, or telehealth, driving skill acquisition and reducing challenging behaviors.

Responsibilities include data collection with high fidelity, applying supervisor feedback, and communicating with families and colleagues while maintaining

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training with exam and field evaluation.
• Experience with individuals with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 or group ABA treatment to patients.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Review supervisor feedback during each session.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate and timely records and HIPAA compliance.
• Adhere to CARD policies and procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
