Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to implement ABA treatment plans under supervision. Roles may occur in CARD centers, patients’ homes, schools, community sites, or via telehealth, with a 1:1 or small group format.

The position supports data collection and adherence to clinical standards. Candidates should have a high school diploma, be able to work across locations, and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Empathetic and compassionate with confidentiality.
• Strong communication in verbal and written form.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 or group treatment to patients.
• Record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Incorporate Clinical Supervisor feedback in sessions.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
