Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) under a Clinical Supervisor. You will work across CARD centers, patients’ homes, schools, and telehealth settings, providing direct treatment and collecting progress data.

Required is a High School Diploma, and successful completion of CARD Training. Prior ASD experience is preferred; opportunities include growth into BT levels and BCBA roles within a

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with ASD preferred.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training with exam and field evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients in 1:1 or group settings.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Review and implement supervisor feedback during sessions.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and professional communication with families and colleagues.
