Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is hiring Behavior Technicians to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in various settings, under the direction of a Clinical Supervisor. You will work 1:1 or in small groups with CARD patients and families, delivering treatment and recording progress with accuracy.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, successful completion of CARD's Training program, and a compassionate, reliable, patient-focused approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CARD Training program completion and written exam/field evaluation.
• Experience with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA treatment 1:1 or in small groups.
• Collect and record patient progress with high fidelity.
• Incorporate Clinical Supervisor feedback into sessions.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and professional conduct.
