Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) in Plano, TX seeks motivated Behavior Technicians to implement ABA programs under a Clinical Supervisor. You will work 1:1 or in small groups across settings including center, home, school, and telehealth, delivering treatment that aligns with CARD standards.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, completion of CARD Training with exam and field evaluation, ASD experience preferred, and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• CARD Training program with written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients 1:1 or in a group setting.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Review and implement feedback from the Clinical Supervisor.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
• Represent CARD professionally and ethically to internal and external stakeholders.
