Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to join our mission-driven team. You will implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs under supervision across the CARD center, client homes, schools, or via telehealth.

This role supports skill acquisition and reduction of challenging behaviors, ensuring compassionate care for CARD patients and families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with individuals with ASD preferred.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training and exam.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA treatment 1:1 or in groups under supervision.
• Record data on patient progress with accuracy.
• Follow feedback from Clinical Supervisor during sessions.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and professional conduct.
