Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans under supervision. Roles involve 1:1 or small group sessions with CARD patients across centers, homes, schools, or telehealth, contributing to skill acquisition and behavioral reduction goals.

The position emphasizes strong communication with families, data accuracy, HIPAA compliance, and a commitment to six months minimum.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training with exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients under supervision in 1:1 or group settings.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Follow Clinical Supervisor guidance and integrate feedback during sessions.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and professional conduct.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Work across various settings (center, home, school, telehealth).
