Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver ABA-based treatments across settings including centers, homes, and telehealth. You will work under a Clinical Supervisor to implement treatment plans and monitor progress with fidelity.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma and complete CARD training. ASD experience is preferred, and you must be able to travel to multiple locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program with a written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients in 1:1 or group settings under the Clinical Supervisor.
• Collect and record progress data with high fidelity.
• Review and implement feedback from the Clinical Supervisor during sessions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate and timely records and comply with HIPAA requirements.
