Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) seeks motivated Behavior Technicians to implement ABA treatment programs for patients across centers, homes, schools, or telehealth. You will work under a Clinical Supervisor to address skill acquisition and behavior reduction in diverse settings.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and CARD training; ASD experience is preferred. Part-time roles offer growth and stable scheduling across multiple settings with strong support

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program including a written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients in 1:1 or group settings under the direction of a Clinical Supervisor.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Review and implement Clinical Supervisor feedback during each treatment session.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate and timely records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
