Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to join our Austin team. You will implement Applied Behavior Analysis programs under a Clinical Supervisor, delivering 1:1 or small-group sessions across clinic, home, school, or telehealth settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with ASD preferred.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small-group ABA therapy to CARD patients.
• Collect and record progress data with high fidelity.
• Implement feedback from Clinical Supervisor during sessions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and teammates.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Represent CARD professionally and adhere to policies.
