The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to implement ABA treatment plans under supervision. Roles involve delivering evidence-based therapy in center, home, school, or telehealth settings, to help individuals with autism reach their potential.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, pass CARD training, and may have ASD-related experience. The position offers growth and benefits across multiple settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training with exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients in 1:1 or group settings.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Follow clinical supervisor feedback during sessions.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
