Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will implement ABA treatment plans under a Clinical Supervisor across CARD centers, homes, schools, or telehealth settings.

A 1:1 or group environment supports skill acquisition and behavior reduction. Responsibilities include delivering treatment, recording data with high fidelity, and applying supervisor feedback while maintaining HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program, including a written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients in 1:1 or group settings under the Clinical Supervisor.
• Collect and record patient progress data with high fidelity.
• Review and implement feedback from the Clinical Supervisor during sessions.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct at all times.
