Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one, home-based ABA therapy for children from birth to 21. You will work with BCBAs to implement individualized plans in clients' homes, with a fixed 3pm-7pm schedule on weekdays and occasional weekends.

Flexible part-time hours and paid training are offered. Responsibilities include data collection, progress reporting, and training families on treatment plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation and HIPAA confidentiality.
• Must be able to lift 25+ pounds and supervise children.
• Flexible schedule with some weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and supervisors.
• Physically engage with children during sessions (lifting, moving, etc.).
• Adhere to BCBA/LBA guidelines and perform additional tasks as needed.
• Fixed schedule Monday-Friday 3pm-7pm, some weekends.
