Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 ABA treatment in clients' homes, working with BCBAs to deliver personalized plans for children aged 2-15. Flexible part-time/evening/afternoon hours, paid training, and a supportive team environment are offered.

You will help implement treatment, collect progress data, and communicate with families and supervisors. Ideal candidates have a passion for working with children, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience supporting children or adults with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or developmental disabilities is preferred, training provided.
• Reliable personal transportation to commute to work locations.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and company policies.
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with physically demanding activity and mobility of children during sessions.
• Perform any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
