The role focuses on children with autism and related developmental disabilities, requiring effective communication with families and a commitment to data accuracy and safety.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field and one year of direct relevant experience.
• OR an associate’s degree with a minimum of two years of direct relevant experience.
• Registered Behavior Technician certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plans and implements intervention strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Teaches targeted behaviors using specialized techniques.
• Records and tracks data from training sessions.
• Reinforces positive behavior with children on caseload.
• Communicates effectively with administrators, parents and community members.
• Provides accurate documentation of intervention, goals and objectives.
• Facilitates transition among agencies and programs.
