Job summary

Constellation Health Services seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to implement ABA-based intervention plans under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, reinforce targeted behaviors, and support families in applying strategies across home, clinic, and school settings.

You will document progress, communicate with caregivers, and help transitions between service levels while maintaining child safety and adherence to protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field from an accredited university or college.
• Associate’s degree (60 college credits) minimum with two years of direct relevant experience.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements intervention strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Teaches targeted behaviors using ABA techniques and data collection.
• Records and summarizes data from sessions and communicates progress to families and supervisors.
• Provides parent and caregiver training aligned with the treatment plan.
• Ensures child safety and manages transitions between settings as services change.
