Constellation Health Services seeks a Behavioral Technician to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis-based instruction to children with autism across home, clinic, school, and community settings. You will work under a BCBA, implement intervention plans, collect data, and support parent training to promote skills across daily routines.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in human services with relevant experience; RBT certification is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 21 years of age or older.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field plus one year of direct relevant experience for youth and families.
• Associate’s degree (60 credits) plus two years of direct relevant experience for youth and families needing behavior management.
• RBT certification is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct ABA-based instruction and behavior reduction protocols under BCBA supervision.
• Collect, record, and summarize data from therapy sessions.
• Teach targeted behaviors using ABA techniques.
• Reinforce positive behavior and train parents as part of treatment.
• Coordinate transitions between services as child progresses through programs.
