Job summary

Constellation Health Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based on ABA principles. You will collect data on programs and assist with parent training under BCBA supervision.

The role involves working with children with Autism in home, clinic, school, and community settings, following behavior acquisition and reduction protocols, and ensuring safety while supporting families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field from an accredited university.
• One year of direct relevant experience working with youth and families who require behavior management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement intervention strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Teach targeted behaviors using specialized techniques.
• Record and track data from training sessions.
• Communicate with administrators, parents and community members.
• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings and follow prescribed protocols.
