Job summary

Constellation Health Services in Connecticut is seeking a Behavioral Technician to provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols under the supervision of a BCBA in home, community, clinic, and school settings.

You will collect data on programs, assist with parent training, maintain accurate documentation of goals and progress, and communicate with administrators, parents, and other professionals to coordinate services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
• Experience with youth and families requiring behavior management.
• RBT certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement intervention strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Record and track data from training sessions.
• Provide direct client care 1:1 and in group settings.
• Communicate with administrators, parents and community members.
• Prepare accurate documentation of intervention goals and progress.
