Job summary

Constellation Health Services is seeking a Behavioral Technician to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis-based instruction to children with Autism across home, clinic, community, and school settings. You will implement programs, collect data, and support parent training under BCBA supervision.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work 1:1 and in group settings, and flexibility to coordinate with various agencies.

• Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and data.

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements ABA-based intervention strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Teaches targeted behaviors using ABA techniques (reward systems, incidental teaching, pivotal response).
• Records and tracks data from training sessions and summarizes progress.
• Communicates progress with parents, caregivers and school/admin staff.
• Facilitates transitions across agencies and programs as needed.
