Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing ABA services for children from birth to 21. The team focuses on 1-1 treatment in a center-based setting with BCBA collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Prior experience supporting children/adults with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or developmental disabilities is preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and others.
• Physically keep up with clients, involving activities like standing, lifting 25+ pounds, running.
• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
