Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in the United States is seeking Behavior Technicians to support 1-1 treatment with BCBA supervision in a center-based setting. Most openings are weekday afternoons and offer paid training, competitive pay, and a supportive team environment.

The role provides opportunities to positively impact families and their children on the autism spectrum, with potential for part-time or full-time hours and benefits for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
• Reliable personal transportation to assigned locations.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA in training families on treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Ensure safety and adapt activities for 2-15 year olds.
• Perform other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
