Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 ABA services in our center-based program for children on the autism spectrum. You will work closely with BCBAs to implement individualized plans and monitor progress in a supportive team environment.

The role includes data collection, parent training support, and collaboration with supervisors in a fast-paced, child-focused setting. Training is provided, with opportunities for career growth and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Ability to commute to assigned work locations.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
• Engage with children during sessions and assist with activities while ensuring safety.
• Other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
