Job summary

Proud Moments ABA seeks Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1, center-based behavioral treatment for children from birth to 21, under BCBA supervision. The role emphasizes data collection, progress reporting, and collaboration with families to implement individualized plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Prior experience providing support to children or adults with developmental challenges preferred.
• Confidentiality and HIPAA compliance required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Strong communication with families and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA with training families on plan implementation.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors and applicable parties.
• Ensure safe physical interaction with clients and proper session pacing.
• Perform other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
