Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing ABA services for children from birth to 21. We are seeking Behavior Technicians to join our center-based team, working 1-1 with clients under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Certified as an RBT.
• Nevada ABA board certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA/LBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plans.
• Assist families in implementing treatment plans under BCBA guidance.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with physical activities to support sessions with children aged 2–15.
