Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 behavioral treatment in a center-based setting, supporting BCBA-designed plans for children on the autism spectrum. This role emphasizes hands-on data collection, client engagement, and teamwork with families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation to commute to locations.
• Strong communication and ability to interact with children and parents.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality under HIPAA and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• physically assist clients during sessions and manage activities with children ages 2–15.
• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
