Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to work in a center-based setting, providing 1-on-1 treatment under BCBA guidance to children from birth to 21 years old. This role emphasizes compassionate care, data collection, and collaboration with the treatment team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder or developmental delays preferred; comprehensive training provided.
• Reliable personal transportation to commute to work locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality under HIPAA and company policies.
• Strong communication and multitasking in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report treatment outcomes.
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors and others.
• Physically assist clients during sessions (lifting 25+ pounds, etc.).
• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
