Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization delivering ABA services to children with ASD from birth to 21. We are hiring Behavior Technicians to support our treatment teams in a center-based setting, working 1-1 under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification
• Access to reliable transportation
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred but not required
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA
• Collect data to monitor progress and report progress
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties
• Physically assist with session activities including lifting 25+ pounds and moving with children aged 2-15
• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA
