Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our center-based team. You will work 1-1 with children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of BCBAs, implementing individualized behavioral plans and collecting data to monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification
• Access to reliable transportation
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; ASD experience preferred
• Ability to handle confidential information and multitask

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA
• Collect data to monitor progress and treatment effectiveness
• Support BCBA with family training on treatment plans
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors
• Maintain clear communication with families and staff
• Physically assist with activities during sessions (2–15 year olds)
