Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to support 1-1 treatment under BCBA supervision in a center-based setting for children aged 2-15. You will help implement individualized plans and collect progress data in collaboration with families and the treatment team.

The role offers paid training, flexible hours including part-time or full-time options, competitive compensation, and the chance to positively impact families while advancing in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or ASD preferred; training provided.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and policies.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Compensation Rate Range $19-24 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report effectiveness of treatment.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and others.
• Assist with moving and positioning clients; physical activity required with children aged 2-15.
• Perform any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
