Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing ABA services for children from birth to 21. We are hiring Behavior Technicians to join our center-based team and work 1-1 with clients under BCBA supervision.

This role offers paid training, guaranteed hours potential, and a supportive, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate loves working with children, communicates well, and can manage a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with children is preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or ASD is preferred; training provided.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations is required.
• Ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality and follow policies.
• Strong documentation and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and supervisors.
• Physically engage with clients during sessions, including lifting 25+ pounds and moving with children aged 2-15.
• Execute any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
