Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our team, providing 1-1 treatment in a center-based setting under BCBA supervision. Part-time and/or full-time guaranteed hours are available, with paid training and competitive compensation.

You will work with children aged 2-15, collecting data, implementing plans, and communicating with families and supervisors to support progress and treatment goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information (HIPAA).
• Strong communication and ability to interact with children and families.
• Prior experience with children or behavioral challenges preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and team members.
• Assist with moving and aiding children during sessions (physical activities).
