Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver 1-1 ABA services under BCBA supervision in a center-based setting. You will collect data, implement treatment plans, and help families learn how to carry out plans at home.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with children and parents.
• Reliable personal transportation to commute to locations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• HIPAA confidentiality and privacy awareness.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes of treatment plans.
• Support families in training on treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and relevant parties.
• Assist clients with sessions, including physical activities with children 2–15 years old.
