Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our center-based treatment teams. You will work 1-1 with children under BCBA supervision, helping implement individualized behavioral plans and collect data.

This role offers paid training, guaranteed hours (part-time or full-time) in a center environment, competitive compensation, and a supportive, team-oriented setting that helps families and children on the autism spectrum.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift 25+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of the treatment plan and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and applicable parties.
• Physically engage with clients during sessions, including lifting up to 25 pounds.
