Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization delivering ABA services for children from birth to 21. We seek Behavior Technicians to join our center-based team, providing 1-1 treatment under BCBA supervision and collaborating with families.

You will support data collection, help implement treatment plans, and assist families in understanding strategies while maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to locations.
• HIPAA confidentiality and data handling awareness.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment effectiveness.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and applicable parties.
• Physically engage with clients during sessions (standing, lifting 25+ lbs, active movement).
