Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers in Rhode Island is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-12. You will follow skill acquisition and behavior support plans, collect data, write notes, and communicate progress with families under supervision.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with children in 2-12 age range.
• Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children.
• Follow skill acquisition and behavior support plans.
• Collect and record data; write therapy notes for each session.
• Communicate progress with parents/caregivers under supervision of a BCBA.
• Assist in preparing and organizing client materials and session setups.
