Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children or behavioral challenges preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or developmental disabilities preferred; training provided.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations.
• HIPAA confidentiality and accurate documentation emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of the treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
• Physically assist during sessions as needed, ensuring safety and pace with children.
• Other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
