Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 treatment in a center-based setting, collaborating with BCBAs to deliver ABA services to children up to age 21. This role offers both part-time and full-time guaranteed hours, with paid training and competitive compensation.

Ideal candidates are passionate about working with children, have a strong work ethic, and can communicate effectively with families.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of the treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Care for and supervise children during sessions, including physical activities.
