Job summary

Realizing Children's Strengths RCS Behavioral & Educational Consulting in Beverly, MA seeks a Behavior Technician to support children with autism in a center-based setting.

You will conduct 1:1 sessions, collect data, graph progress, and collaborate with families and other providers to deliver high-quality ABA services. Starting immediately, this full-time role includes training toward RBT certification and comprehensive benefits, with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Enjoy working with children and have an interest in ABA/psychology or related field
• Preferably have or be working towards a Bachelor’s degree
• Able to work afternoon and evening hours
• Reliable transportation
• Candidates with an Associate’s Degree and relevant experience may be considered
• Experience as babysitter/nanny/paraprofessional/camp counselor/coach is a plus
• Transcript may be requested

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in our center in Natick or Woburn
• Data collection and graphing of progress
• Collaborate with families and other providers
