Job summary

RCS Learning Center Inc in Natick, MA is seeking a full-time Behavior Technician to work with children ages 6-22 diagnosed with Autism. The role involves delivering ABA services, implementing skill acquisition and behavior programs, and collecting data using Catalyst.

You will collaborate with SLPs, OTs, and Special Education teachers. Training is provided, and the team emphasizes growth, safety, and respect for students and families.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in ABA, psychology, human services, or related field.
• Preferably pursuing a Bachelor degree; candidates with a high school diploma will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA services to children ages 6–22 diagnosed with Autism.
• Implement skill acquisition and behavior programs.
• Conduct data collection electronically using Catalyst.
• Collaborate with specialists such as SLPs, OTs, and Special Education Teachers.
• Willing to use restraint and hold techniques per SOLVE training as per behavior plan.
• Lift up to 60 lbs.
• Assist with basic needs such as feeding, diapering, toileting, and dressing.
• Work on a computer or be on your feet for extended periods.
