Job summary

HANDS Centerfor Autism, LLC is seeking Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA‑based interventions in home and center settings. You will implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans under supervision of a BCBA, and help collect data on progress.

Ideal candidates have experience with children and a passion for supporting individuals with autism; RBT certification is a strong plus. Strong communication and reliability are essential for this role.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's or Master's in psychology, special education, or related field preferred.
At least one year of experience working with children with special needs.
RBT certification preferred.
Must be caring, energetic, and detail‑oriented.
Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Provide one‑on‑one behavioral interventions to clients in both home and center‑based settings.
Run skill acquisition programs based on ABA principles.
Complete daily program writing and data collection before the end of each shift.
Work with BCBA supervisors to implement individualized treatment plans.
Collect and accurately record data on clients’ progress.
Maintain and protect the well‑being of all clients during treatment sessions.
