Job summary

Caravel Autism Health in the United States is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children ages 18 months to 6 years in a center-based setting, delivering ABA therapy under supervision. We offer paid training to become an RBT, mentorship, a strong career pathway to BCBA, and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable and able to manage scheduled hours and administrative tasks.
• Resilient and compassionate, especially on tough days.
• Interest in psychology, education, healthcare, or human services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy 1:1 under BCBA supervision.
• Build skills through play, connection, and presence to help a child feel safe to try.
• Track progress and document sessions using ABA software.
• Create a safe, positive environment for every child you work with.
• Prepare for your RBT certification exam within 45 days.
